  The Village at Squaw Valley opened with its First Phase in February of 2002. In December of 2003, it opened its second phase. Currently the village consists of approximately 285 one, two and three bedroom condominium suites, 6 restaurants, 20 retail shops and a full service spa. We offer ski-in/ski-out condominium suites located next to world renown Squaw Valley USA. The summer months are fun filled with many events and entertainment.
