Dear Valued Customer:

With Mallinckrodt’s recent announcement that it plans to resume manufacture and distribution of technetium Tc99m generators on April 5, we wanted to take this opportunity to once again express our sincere appreciation for your support, patience and flexibility during the last four months.

In the wake of Mallinckrodt’s recall of its technetium Tc99m generators last November, we are very pleased that we have been able to sustain full-scale production and support the industry’s continuing needs for technetium Tc99m generators. While the last few months were not without challenge, we were able to successfully collaborate with others in the industry to ensure the availability of this vital isotope for you and your patient s during this supply crisis.

In particular, we would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank our outstanding radiopharmacy distributors who were integral in minimizing any negative impact to you and your patients. Without their cooperation, determination and extra effort, we would not have been able to meet the industry’s needs and deliver this vital isotope to the nuclear medicine community.

Again, thank you for your active support during one of the most challenging industry events in recent history. We look forward to continuing to meet your nuclear medicine needs with the reliable supply of quality products you have come to expect from Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Imaging.

If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service department directly at (800) 299-3431.

Sincerely,
Cory Zwerling
President
