A block of rooms has been reserved at the special rate of $169 (single/ double) at the Hyatt for physicians and $119 (single/double) at the DoubleTree for technologists. Once the blocks are sold out there is no guarantee of availability at that rate. These rates are not guaranteed for attendees even if made before the reservation deadline of Monday, January 4, 2010.

After January 4 or when the room block is filled, rooms will be available as space permits at the standard hotel rates. Above rates do not include sales tax. One night’s deposit is required when making a reservation.

Travel Arrangements
American Airlines is the official airline for the 2010 SNM Conjoint Mid-Winter Meetings. Reservations can be made at the American Airlines website: www.aa.com. You will need to use the promotional code 2410AG to receive the group discount. You may also call the American Airlines Meeting Services Department at 800.433.1790, but note there is a $20 ticketing fee for reservations that are made via phone.

Avis is the official car rental agency and is offering meeting participants special rates. Call Avis at 800.331.1600 and refer to discount number A746099.

Airports
The Hyatt and DoubleTree are both located 5 miles or 10 minutes from the Albuquerque International Airport (ABQ). The DoubleTree offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.

Local Rail Transit
Hop onto the New Mexico Rail Runner for a quick trip to Santa Fe to take advantage of shopping and sightseeing. The cost is $8.00 per round trip ticket and the train runs up to eight times a day with the exception of Sunday when the train is not in service (schedules vary). Refund Policy
Written cancellations received by 12:00AM EST, Wednesday, January 6, 2010 are refundable, less a $50 processing fee. After Wednesday, January 6, 2010, cancellations will not be refunded and are subject to the entire workshop fee. Substitutions may be made at anytime.

Cancellations made by mail must be postmarked by Wednesday, January 6, 2010. All refunds will be mailed within 4 weeks after the meeting. SNM will not be held liable for cancellation fees to hotels, airlines or other means of transportation.
